I've not been able to solve this one. I'm using Fedora Core 1 with all
relevant packages updated (xmms is about the only one out of date). I
prefer Gnome to KDE, so have been trying to install PikDev with a
terminal within Gnome. Here is what I get when I try to install the
RPM.

[root@localhost gnupic_install]# rpm -Uvh pikdev-0.6.3-1.i586.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
        liblcms.so.1 is needed by pikdev-0.6.3-1
[root@localhost gnupic_install]# find /usr/local/lib -name liblcms.so.1
/usr/local/lib/liblcms.so.1

[root@localhost gnupic_install]# ls /usr/local/lib/liblcm* -la
-rw-r--r--  1 root root 1131836 Mar 10 11:38 /usr/local/lib/liblcms.a
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root     793 Mar 10 11:38 /usr/local/lib/liblcms.la
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root      17 Mar 10 11:38 /usr/local/lib/liblcms.so
-> liblcms.so.1.0.12
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root      17 Mar 10 11:38 /usr/local/lib/liblcms.so.1
-> liblcms.so.1.0.12
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root  618642 Mar 10 11:38
/usr/local/lib/liblcms.so.1.0.12

As you can see, I've linked the newer version of liblcms and it shows
above, but the program still will not install. Any ideas?

Thanks
