I work with PIC 16F628 and I am needing code to access the thermometer 
DS18B20.
Any help is well coming.

have you looked at

Note 2420: 1-Wire Communication with a Microchip PICmicro
Microcontroller? It has some assembly code examples as a starting point.
There is another assembly example on the Microchip site,
http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/AppNotes/3_012.pdf.
 
I haven't looked at it, but there is some C code on
http://www.microchipc.com.
 
 
Alternatively, the CCS compiler ships with driver code for a few Dallas
1-wire devices.
