gnupic: Thread: linker map file

I am porting a project from microchip/windows to gnupic/linux. When
linking on linux, I get a message indicating no target memory available
for .udata and no map file gets generated. Most of the work is in C
using the pic16 port of sdcc. The compiler is making great forward strides,
but I may (probalbly) have errors in data declarations.
