Beta versions of picp and gpicp

These have a provision to enable serial line debugging by saving transmitted and received messages in a picpcomm.log file. I've also added most of Alexandre Nunes' modifications to support 18Fxx chips but have no means to test them since I don't have any 18F chips. If you find problems with 18F support (or any other problems), please email me a picpcomm.log file that shows the error.
