All three have open firmware sources. The last one also have
VB based host sources. So far I only tried Daniel Chia's
30F4011 loader.

There are no Linux based loader yet. I think ingenia's dsPIC
bootloader is quite well documented. It would be nice that
someone could develop a bootloader for it under Linux.
