I have a Python host-side loader for TinyPIC which I use in Linux for
18F1320 and 18F452, and I don't think I'm the only one.  Adding other
PICs isn't difficult, and presumably the same for dsPIC if the
protocol's the same or similar.  I'll put it on my website if anyone's
interested.
