Unfortunately this block is not in 18f2455 or similar chips. Honestly, I am not sure if GPSIM project is still active - last update was in November 9th, 2006... Granted we've not done a release for far too long, but if you'd glanced back through the mailing list you'll see there was a proposal for a new release posted a month ago. To answer your demand, no we don't currently support the CAN peripheral, and I don't expect that to change in a hurry unless you felt like contributing something yourself.
