Check the init files in /etc/rc.d There should be a script in
/etc/rc.d/init.d that starts GDM, which eventually starts the X server
(you have to descend through several scripts before you actually get the
call). Replace that script with a script that starts up Nano-X and all
your apps, and that should be all you need to do.

Look at the files which end in .sh in the microwindows source directory.
nxkbd.sh may do what you want...

The upcoming release will also include a program launcher panel, which
makes starting programs once Nano-X is up much easier.
