Hi,
I've got a little problem with installing the plustek driver. When I try to
do a 'make load' I get the following message:

/sbin/modprobe pt_drv || exit 1
/lib/modules/2.4.0-4GB/misc/pt_drv.o: kernel-module version mismatch
        /lib/modules/2.4.0-4GB/misc/pt_drv.o was compiled for kernel version
2.4.0
        while this kernel is version 2.4.0-4GB.
/lib/modules/2.4.0-4GB/misc/pt_drv.o: insmod
/lib/modules/2.4.0-4GB/misc/pt_drv.o failed
/lib/modules/2.4.0-4GB/misc/pt_drv.o: insmod pt_drv failed
make: *** [load] Error 1

,although I've got only one Kernel installed.

regards,
Bernhard

This is a SuSE problem, here are three possible ways to solve
this:

1. Get a new kernel and install it by hand

2.  (Solution by Thomas Mandl)

This should also work for you SuSE...
